Angela has a proven track record transforming organizational management systems and structures and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement that engages leaders and drives results. Angela’s experience spans health systems, provider groups and community organizations, and she is skilled in strategy and operations, leadership, management, program design and transformation, performance improvement, and data and analytics. 

Sarah Godley is an innovative leader with twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry. Sarah has been recognized for leadership and strategic partnership working with hospitals, physician practice groups and nonprofits. Prior to co-founding Confluence Health Consulting, Sarah spent seven years leading Godley Consulting, where she specialized in strategic program design, development and implementation including the creation of new business development and stakeholder engagement strategies. Throughout her career, Sarah has successfully partnered with hospital and nonprofit leaders to bring strategic priorities and new programs to fruition while advancing organizational goals. Sarah is recognized as a creative problem solver with the unique ability to gain alignment across a wide variety of interest groups while meeting priorities and achieving success. She is exceptional at fostering connection and inspiring teams toward a common goal. Sarah is known for her authenticity as a dynamic team player who is committed to building strong relationships with her colleagues and clients.
